BB Gun Shot

Glenfield, NY- State Police are investigating a shattered car window that was apparently struck by a fired weapon.

Investigators say the incident reportedly occurred on Saturday, September 29 near the Black River Bridge in Glenfield, NY. The complainant said some sort of bullet zoomed through the open driver’s side window of his parents vehicle and struck the closed passengers side window, creating a very loud noise on impact.

The complainant said he didn’t believe a bullet had been found, however; investigators have determined at this time that a BB-gun or a pellet gun was the likely type of instrument used in the incident.

Trooper Jack L. Keller, Public Information Officer for Troop D, said any tips or leads can be submitted by dialing: 315-366-6000. The above image was submitted from the complainant.
