Reminder: LCGH's "Basket for the Cure" next Wednesday, October 10

Lowville- Lewis County General Hospital officials are pleased to announce its seventh annual “Baskets for the Cure” event next Wednesday, October 10 from 10:00am-4:00pm, Thursday, October 11 from 10:00am-7:00pm and Friday, October 12 from 10:00am-1:00pm in LCGH’s Lobby.

Officials say there are nearly 60 baskets and gift certificates donated so far from employees and local businesses. Tickets are $1.00 each or 15 for $5 and all tickets can be placed in one bag, or they can be spread around for your chance to win several different items.

Some prizes include wine, spa massage, fall, Halloween and Christmas items and more.

All proceeds will benefit LCGH’s Fund For Hope, a program that assists county residents who are diagnosed with cancer with out of pocket travel expenses related to their treatment.
