State Troopers arrest two North Country women for alleged drug possession

OSWEGATCHIE- Two North Country women are charged with drug possession in the town of Oswegatchie, according to authorities.

Shortly after 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening, the State Police in Ogdensburg arrested and charged Roberta L. Bush, 47, of Castorland, NY and Cassandra L. Premo, 32, of Carthage, NY with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree, details from the daily blotter indicated.

Furthermore, Bush was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree, Troopers said.

Both Bush and Premo were issued with appearance tickets and the State Police included no further details in their report.
