State Police: Man arrested for felony DWI in town of Ohio

OHIO- Police say a man from Ohio, NY is accused of felony DWI.

The incident occurred in the town of Ohio, the State Police in Herkimer said.

At around 9:15 p.m. Thursday night, Troopers arrested and charged Terry L. Warney, 32, with felony DWI (previous conviction within 10-years); aggravated DWI (per se-no prior) and a suspended registration, according to details retrieved from the daily blotter.

At press time, police said Warney was issued with an appearance ticket.

The State Police included no further details in their report.
