-Adirondack boys fell to Old Forge 63-34.
-Copenhagen boys lost a heart-breaker to Hermon Dekalb 50-49.
-Harrisville girls lost against Thousand Islands 54-36.
-Holland Patent boys beat Sauquoit Valley 57-46.
-Holland Patent girls barely escaped from Broadalbin-Perth 34-32.
-Poland boys lost to Madison 93-18.
-South Lewis boys took defeat against Camden 58-45.
-West Canada Valley boys fell short to Central Valley Academy.
-West Canada Valley girls defeated Dolgeville 58-49.

Syracuse Orange Basketball: The non-conference season is officially over for the ‘Cuse, as the mighty Orange picked up a Saturday night win against the Niagara Purple Eagles 71-57. The ACC season begins this Saturday at the Carrier Dome against Notre Dame.

NFL Sunday Scores:
-The Jets topped the Bills 13-6.
-The Packers defeated the Lions 23-20.
-The Patriots were stunned by the Dolphins 27-24.
-The Cowboys destroyed the Redskins 47-16.
-The Eagles beat the Giants 34-17.
-The Broncos edged the Raiders 16-15.
-The Steelers accepted defeat from the Ravens 28-10.

Utica Comets Hockey: The Comets defeated the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Saturday night 4-2. The next game is Tuesday night at the Adirondack Bank Center against the Rochester Americans.

NHL:
-The Islanders topped the Wild 3-1.
-The Bruins edged the Sabres 3-2.
-The Senators lost a close battle to the Devils 4-3.
