Glenfield man allegedly violates order of protection in New Bremen

New Bremen- A 36-year-old Glenfield, NY man is accused of violating a court order of protection in the town of New Bremen.

According to State Police in Lowville, Justin D. Peebles was charged with one count of 2nd-degree Criminal Contempt (disobey court order); a Class “A” Misdemeanor. Troopers said the arrest stems from an alleged incident reported on the morning of September 27.

The incident is pending investigation, police say. Peebles was released on an appearance ticket. No further details were available.
