Carthage man accused of assault following alleged domestic dispute

Carthage- A 23-year-old Carthage, NY man is accused of a misdemeanor charge following a village of Carthage, NY domestic dispute earlier this week.

According to State Police from the Carthage Barracks, Antwon D. Carter is facing one count of 3rd-degree Assault; a Class “A” offense.

Troopers said the alleged incident was reported on Monday, October 1 at 8:45pm. His arrest status was last listed as bail/bond. No further information was provided from police.
