September 24, 1918 - June 28, 2012

BEAVER FALLS – Michael J. Moser, 93, of Riverside Drive, Beaver Falls died
Thursday evening, June 28, 2012 at his home, under the care of his family and
Lewis County Hospice.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, July 2, 2012 at Croghan Mennonite Cemetery. A memorial service at 11:00
a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Naumburg Mennonite Church with Rev. Titus Mast
and Rev. Myron Roggie, officiating. Calling hours are from 1-3 & 5-7 p.m. on
Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Naumburg Mennonite Church. Contributions may be made to

He is
survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence E. and Linda Moser, Beaver
Falls; Bruce M. and Phyllis Moser, Castorland; two daughters and sons-in-law,
Ruth Ann and Harold Hammond, Carthage; Brenda K. and Robert Harnish, Castorland;
brothers-in-law, Llewellyn Zehr of Lowville, Harold Widrick, New Hamburg,
Ontario, Canada; Earle Widrick, Adams Center; Benjamin Yousey, Lowville;
sisters-in-law, Gladys and Floyd Moshier, Lowville; Lauretta and Aaron A. "Bud"
Widrick, Lowville; seven grandchildren, Eric and Lindsay Moser, Joel Moser, Troy
Moser, Alan and Sheila Moser, Gina Moser, Renee and Nicholas Loomis, Brendon
Hammond and Stacey Walsemann, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews
and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandson, Bryan J. Hammond; his
granddaughter-in-law, Marie Beltran Moser; five brothers, Elmer Moser, Ernest
Moser, Arthur Moser, Solomon Moser, Ralph Moser and two sisters, Vera Zehr and
Clara Zehr.

Mr. Moser was born on September 24, 1918, in the Town of New
Bremen, a son of the late John B. and Mary Yousey Moser. He attended Brewery
Hill Rural School. On August 19, 1942, he married Barbara L. Widrick at the
Croghan Mennonite Church. Mrs. Moser died September 26, 2009. The couple owned
and operated a dairy farm in Naumburg from 1942 to 1991, upon retirement. He
enjoyed working in the woods.

He was a Charter member of Naumburg
Mennonite Church. He was a member of Beaver Camp, Dairylea Corp. Inc., Farm
Bureau and Agway, Inc. director.

He enjoyed spending time with his
family, putting puzzles together, search-a-word books and playing Rook.
